over twenty years of professional and regional management experience in the field of Rehabilitation
and Managed Care and with specific emphasis on workplace injury, Long Term Disability Management along with being a Consultant
to Private and Governmental entities in all phases of rehabilitation of injured workers, she formed Feather CaseManagement
and Consulting in the summer of 2007. Ms. Dauzat created Feather to be recognized as the industry leader and the provider of
choice for case management and consulting services while creating a work environment that inspires and empowers our employees.
William “Bill” Bivens

After
retiring in 1991 from the US Navy as a Master Chief, Navy Counselor, Bill entered into the Workers Compensation Case Management
arena, at first as an Employment Consultant, then a Branch Manager and later as a Service Center Manager for a national rehabilitation
company. Mr. Bivens distinguished himself and his staff as one of the front runners of the company in both profitability
and quality for over 15 years. In August of 2007, he joined Feather CaseManagement & Consulting as a District Manager.
Bill’s greatest strength is customer service. With his leadership, and dedication to the case managers he has
built a very successful district. In just a few short months he has built the Carolina’s, Georgia and Florida
into a successful area. He understands that a successful CaseManagement Company is built around the product, the case
managers providing the work.
Diedre Guy, RN, BSN, CCM
District Manager
MS, AK, LA, and AL
Diedre Guy has sixteen years of case management experience in the field of workers compensation case management
and vocational rehabilitation supervision. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northwestern
State University. She received her CCM in 1993. Prior to case management, her clinical
experience was spent at St Frances Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA. She has 4 ½ years of experience
as a nurse administrator and six years as branch manager for a national rehabilitation company. She has
21 hours in graduate studies in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from University of Louisiana at Lafayette, LA.
Rocky Holliday, CRC, CIE, CCM
District Manager
TX
Rocky Holliday has over 20 years experience in the
field of counseling and vocational rehabilitation. He is certified to evaluate and implement ergonomic
ideas in the workplace, perform job site evaluations, and assist injured workers in finding suitable gainful employment in
the workforce. Rocky is certified to perform the duties of a Vocational Case Manager and has filled the
roll of Vocational Expert Witness in Social Security Benefit Hearings. He has consulted with companies
and successfully assisted in setting up post-offer testing and pre-hire drug screens, identifying injury risk areas in the
workplace, and performing ergonomic needs assessments and job analyses. He has also worked with youth and
adults, who have experienced substance abuse and behavioral health problems, in both in-patient and out-patient settings.
Dedra White, BSCS, AAB, MCP, MCDST
Director of IT, Communications,
and Bookkeeping
Dedra has 11 years experience in Telecommunications and 10 years experience in Information
Technology. She has an Associate Degree in Business Technology, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer
Information Systems and is a Microsoft Certified Professional as well as a Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician.
Dedra has acted as a liaison and support person for 30 to 40 mid level managers. She has been responsible for completing
various financial reports during various times in the year, along with providing support to the local managers with the budget
process. Dedra has developed and maintain master national directory of personnel and locations, for a multinational
company.
Charlene Alford, BA
Administrative Coordinator
Charlene
has 23 years experience in office administration/management in the coordination of rehabilitation services. She has
a Bachelors Degree in Sociology/Psychology and multiple continuing education courses in business management. She has
22 years experience in Accounts Receivable. She was responsible for compiling data for the regional manager and branch
managers. She provided day to day training to new employees and was always available to other managers/supervisors for
assistance with reporting or computer data issues.
Cathy Iekeler (Perlov) RN, BSN, CCM, CWCN
Director of Business Development
& QA Coordinator
Cathy joins the Feather team with a combined 12 years nursing experience with acute/ambulatory
care, coordination of clinical research, nursing education, sales/marketing experience and worker’s compensation case
management. She is a graduate of Belmont University School of Nursing and started her nursing career
as a burn nurse at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Cathy quickly advanced to the coordination of
clinical research with burns, chronic wounds and plastic surgical procedures and later included the coordination of research
for private practices for nephrology and dermatology. She has co-authored several publications, authored
Plastic Surgery Nurse Association monthly newsletter column and has presented wound care management topics at numerous educational
seminars on a national and international level. Cathy is certified in wound care and has complemented her
knowledge base with sales and marketing experience within the medical industry. Her vast clinical knowledge
and experience lends to her qualifications within the field of Worker’s Compensation case management to provide quality,
cost effective outcomes.
